Is everything on sale?
Yes, our End Of Financial Year Sale includes every item on the website, including all best sellers.
When does the sale go live?
The sale goes live on the 11th of June at 8am AEST, however if you sign up to our Inner Circle here, you will get one hour early access at 7am AEST.
What is the gift with purchase?
The gift with purchase includes the option of either a) One pair of Pilates socks and b) Exclusive Gym towel for orders $200 or more from the first day of sale till stock lasts. We estimate that the gift with purchase will be gone within minutes during our Inner Circle hour, so we highly recommended joining to be notified first and have a better chance of securing a gift.
Can I use discount codes during sale?
Unfortunately, besides affiliate codes, we are unable to stack additional discounts on your order. You can use existing store credits. Affiliate discounts are only applied to orders over $100.
Can I return or exchange during sale?
Items discounted further than 25% are final sale and cannot be returned in any instance. Items discounted up to 25% off will be eligible for an exchange or return for a store credit. If your item appears to have a fault, you must email orders@levatelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items marked down 25% off or LESS: Eligible for a return for an exchange or store credit.
Final Sale Items marked MORE than 25% off: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note, if you return during sale and select to receive a store credit, it will be the value of your item at the date and time of purchase. We cannot hold exchanges, therefore if you return for an exchange and the requested size is unavailable when we process your return, you will automatically be issued a store credit of the value of your item. We highly encourage you to check size guides to make an informed purchase.
When will returns be processed?
Please expect longer than 14 business days for returns to be processed due to heightened volumes of orders. Returns will be picked up once a week from our PO Box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The dispatch team will be working daily to ship out as many orders as possible. However, due to increased volumes, there may be slight delays in your order arriving. If you wish to receive your order promptly, we recommend checking out with Express Shipping and your order will be shipped within one business day. We thank you for your patience in advance.
Can I get free shipping?
During sale periods, we can not accommodate free shipping due to the heavy discounts applied on pieces.
What if I ordered the wrong size or colour?
Due to the large volume of orders, we cannot modify sizes or colours of items once your purchase has been confirmed.
What if I have an urgent enquiry?
Please email orders@levatelabel.com for urgent enquiries. Please note we will only respond to enquiries during business hours 9am-3pm Monday - Friday AEST. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
My package says delivered but I have not received it.
For packages believed to be lost in transit or not delivered, please follow up with Australia Post using your tracking number via the Australia Post website.
I’ve placed a second order, can you ship it with my first order?
Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders received during sale periods we are not able to combine orders. Orders are packed chronologically to ensure fairness to our community.

How do I exchange or return my item(s)?
To exchange or return an item, you must first initiate a return via our online portal here.
Which payment methods does Levate Label accept?
Levate Label accepts Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay, Apple Pay, American Express, Union Pay, Google Pay, ZipPay and PayPal.
How do I know my size?
All products on site have a dedicated size chart with recommendations in the product description. For more information on the sizing differences between each collection, please view our 'Fabrics Guide'.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, Levate Label cannot cancel nor make any changes to the order. Once you receive your order, you can then make the necessary changes by submitting a returns request. Levate Label will not be liable for any orders sent to the incorrect address.
How do I redeem my store credit?
To redeem your store credit, please ensure you are logged in to your Levate Label account and enter the code attached in the given email at checkout in the 'Discount code or gift card' section and apply.
How do I redeem my gift card?
To redeem a gift card, please enter the gift card code at checkout in the 'Discount code or gift card' section and apply.
