HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
INITIATE YOUR RETURN HERE
BEFORE LODGING A RETURN, READ BELOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE:
For an exchange/return, you have 14 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product or receive a store credit. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you will automatically be issued a store credit for the value paid for the item. Please note that a store credit will be issued for the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- Items must be unworn/unwashed and in Resellable condition.
- Items must be scent-free.
- Items must not have human or pet hair.
- Items must not have tan or deodorant stains.
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Adequately packaged for transit, and the return label was clearly displayed on parcel.
Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 business days to be processed. If we receive an item in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.
You must return the products at your expense. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (e.g. arrives with torn or loose threads). You are required to send photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to: orders@levatelabel.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability, upon the item being received. If a refund is preferred, we will accommodate this for verified manufacturing defects. Other than a defective item as described above, we strictly do not offer refunds.
Items deemed faulty within 30 days of receipt will be eligible for a replacement/store credit. After this period, it is deemed as general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund as these issues are considered to be caused by external factors rather than manufacturing defects.

SALE PERIODS
All items marked down 40% or more are considered final sale items and are NOT eligible for a return/exchange. Items with 'final sale' in the product description can also not be returned or exchanged.
Discount codes & vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional periods.

All items marked down 25% or more are considered final sale items and are NOT eligible for a return/exchange. Items with 'final sale' in the product description can also not be returned or exchanged.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Non-Compliant Returns
If we receive any items that do not meet our stated requirements, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to them. If return shipping is not arranged, the item may be disposed of at our discretion.
