Once an order has been placed, Levate Label cannot cancel nor make any changes to the order. Once you receive your order, you can then make the necessary changes by submitting a returns request or getting in touch with the team about your concern.

To redeem your store credit, please ensure you are logged in to your Levate Label account. You can then redeem the store credit at checkout once you have placed item(s) in your cart.
