I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Levate Label. I requested a refund and it took them two weeks just to provide me with return details. Every email exchange felt rude and unhelpful, with no effort to provide good customer service or resolve the issue professionally.

For an activewear brand, I expected much better communication and support. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them based on how poorly this situation was handled.
